In this course participants will learn how to set up products in SAP Subscription Billing the customers can subscribe to. This involves the configuration of associated objects as Rate Plans, Rate Plan Templates and Allowance Templates. The course involves SAP Price Calculation, which works integrated with SAP Subscription Billing to enhance its price calculation capabilities.
The training is providing a business example designed around a company offering printing services as a subscription-based business. The example involves - a base fee, which is determined based on a product configuration - usage-based printing services (photo prints and b/w prints) - and a predefined quantity of prints included free of charge and valid for the first subscription year - optional discounts for the base fee and usage fees
You will learn how to implement the necessary objects in SAP Subscription Billing and SAP Price Calculation in hands-on exercises, create a subscription based on the objects you created, and verify the bill generated for the subscription.
Demos will show you how to use the solution’s APIs to create subscriptions via satellite systems.
