This course is designed for consultants and developers. It covers standard integration capabilities and basic integration process workflows between SAP Field Service Management and SAP Service Cloud. It is equipped with explanations of the administration and configuration steps required in SAP Field Service Management, SAP Service Cloud, and SAP Cloud Platform Integration to fulfill the end-to-end service process. Towards the end of the course, learners will also watch demonstrations of how to map Tickets in SAP Service Cloud to Service Calls in SAP Field Service Management.
