This course teaches implementation consultants, implementation partners, and support representatives’ fundamental configurations necessary in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Position Management. This course is taught through a combination of self-guided learnings and hands-on exercises. In this course, learners will gain knowledge of how SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Position Management works, following best practice recommendations, including creating positions, assigning employees to positions, defining synchronizations, navigating and using the position organization chart, creating business rules, and an overview of integration points between Position Management and Recruiting and Succession Management to gain a basic understanding on how these modules are connected.
This course covers configuration topics and tools that may not be accessible by the customer. Though the course is designed for consultants, customers are welcome to take the course if a deeper understanding of system configuration is desired. Customers should reference the customer-specific instructor-led and self-service (SFALC) offerings and become accredited via the SFX Accreditation program.
